What better way for a city to honor the hard work and effort of individuals in a province built by the agricultural industry. You build a monument to represent the wheat crops and showcase it in the middle of a highly visited park for all to see. illumivision was able to provide a versatile solution which allowed the designer to change the look of the monument to represent the changing seasons among other desired effects.
